BRISBANE have surged to be level with the NRL top four with a superb 36-10 victory over Manly at Suncorp Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Centres Dale Copley and Jack Reed both bagged tryscoring doubles as the Broncos shrugged aside concerns of a salary cap investigation to deliver one of their finest wins of the season.

It was Brisbane's third straight win and lifted the Broncos to a 7-5 record this year, level on 14 competition points with several clubs including reigning premiers Sydney Roosters, Melbourne and Parramatta.

Brisbane were on from the opening whistle.
With halfback Ben Hunt in complete control and fullback Ben Barba more involved than ever, the Broncos were relishing their first daytime outing of 2014.
Lachlan Maranta had Brisbane's first four-pointer after just four minutes and then Alex Glenn put the Broncos 10-0 up after just eight minutes when he scored the simplest try.
Winger Daniel Vidot had taken a brilliant overhead Hunt kick only to be stripped as he attempted to ground the ball. Glenn merely placed his hand on the loose ball to be awarded the four-pointer.
The Broncos had raced to a 20-0 lead inside half an hour when Reed scored off a Josh Hoffman grubber before Manly looked to gain any sort of momentum in the contest.
The Sea Eagles pushed hard for points late in the half, but only secured one try to Kieran Foran.
The second half fightback never eventuated, with Copley's double taking Brisbane's lead out to 30-4 with 15 minutes to play.

Broncos forward Matt Gillett secured a memorable afternoon for his team when he sprinted 95m off a Manly loose ball to score in the corner and salute the crowd just before he dived over.
It was a disappointing afternoon for Manly, made worse with star playmaker Foran ending the day early with ice on an ankle injury.
