PREMIERSHIP ruckman Shane Mumford is now a Giant.
The Sydney star has accepted an offer from Greater Western Sydney with the fledgling club finally finding the ruckman it has lacked.
The three-year deal was announced today, with the Giants posting this photo of Mumford holding a GWS jumper on their website.

Mumford, 27, has played 100 games since starting with Geelong in 2008 through the rookie draft.
Mumford was expected to be squeezed out of the Swans after their surprise monster offer to Buddy Franklin, which saw the Hawthorn superstar turn down GWS's $1.2m six-year offer.

The signing also comes as a blow to Hawthorn, which was reportedly keen on the Bunyip product.
"The Giants are an exciting club with a great future and I couldn't be happier to be moving across Sydney to join them," Mumford said.
"They have a talented young midfield and it's a great opportunity to help them go to the next level and achieve on-field success."
New Giants coach Leon Cameron said Mumford would fill the ruck void nicely.
"As our number one ruckman he will take some of the pressure off Jonathan Giles while we continue to develop Andrew Phillips and Tom Downie and gives us depth in our ruck stocks.
"We have every confidence in our list management strategy and will continue to be aggressive in the trade period to acquire the experienced players we need at the Giants."
